Shopping Paper Bag Making Machine adopts roll-feeding mode. The whole process are completed in one pass by Delta conveying, bug tube creasing, tube forming, square bottom forming and paper bag counting and collecting.

• Color code tracking: Adopting German SICK color code photoelectric tracking, Shopping Paper Bag Making Machine can accurate track the paper bag printing patterns, automatic color code registration, and has no need to re-adjust the cutting position when changing paper rolls or power failure, automatic shutdown of color code errors, reducing scrap rate .

• Adopt Germany Original REXROTH PC Control, Integrated with optical fiber, ensure high speed running steadily.

• Germany Original REXROTH SERVO MOTOR and Germany Original SICK PHOTOELECTRIC Correction, tracking printing bag accurately.

• Raw material load adopt hydraulic pressure up and down structure, unwinding adopt auto tension control.

Raw material unwinding EPC adopt Italy SELECTRA to reduce adjustment time.

Machine details

Roll feed material: It uses paper roll in blank or printed as raw material. Hydraulic cylindre shaft automaticaly up and down, which is easy to save man power. 

Unwinding unit: Adopt the Italian ST correction system and constant tension control system, the Shopping Paper Bag Making Machine has a fast response speed, and the correction saves time and raw material. 

Bag forming unit: Tube forming and the engine is pulled to the cutting tool and the bag is cut off.
Collection and counting unit: The bag collection is controlled by a servo motor and has a flattening function, which makes the finished bag easy to organize and pack. The automatic conting function can be set, and the counting is accurate.

About 60 working days after receiving the deposit. We offer FOB price, Ningbo port. After signing of the contract ,the total amount of 30% advance payment, and factory acceptance payment before delivery after the machine testing is ok.
